TERMS & AGREEMENTS
Welcome to the Oh! Veronica Shoppe (site). Please read the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of products from this site.
Purchased items will be shipped in around 2 weeks of your order if being made to order. Australian postage will take up to 4 days and international orders will take around 2 weeks to arrive, more if your postage service is slow so please purchase items well in advance if you're needing them for a special occasion.
POSTAGE & HANDLING CHARGES
All postage prices are for customers within Australia and reflect the current Aust. Post rate for a 500g pre-paid satchel with tracking. For customers outside of Australia, your postage charges are also listed when you select your shipping country on the check-out page. Please email me at email@example.com if you would like to upgrade your international parcel to REGISTERED. This is an additional $10. Regular international parcels only have a lodgement number not tracking. Express Post (For Australian customers) is available as a listing for a few dollars that you purchase with your order. I do NOT offer International Express Post because our express rates begin at $56 Aust.
Returns will be considered on a case by case basis for constructional faults and/ or if the garment is not sized as stated. Item cost will be refunded with postage costs. Please contact me to discuss instructions for returning an item. As a small handmade business our number one focus is making sure you - the customer - are 100% happy with your purchase. You are also protected by Australian Consumer Laws when your purchase with Oh Veronica.
LAY-BY is now an option for Australian customers for orders over $50 excluding postage. This is a perfect option for those collecting pieces for her wardrobe, gifts or to have those special dresses ordered for that upcoming wedding or birthday. You purchase and pay for your order over 6 weeks in 3 x instalments. This is done with one easy step at the check out!
1. HOW? Proceed to the checkout once you have finalised your order (Which CAN include any items from the Oh Veronica Shoppe as long as your order total is $50 or more without postage).
2. Enter the code ‘layby’ into the discount code box and click ‘update total’. Then enter your ‘shipping to’ country (Australian orders ONLY) and click ‘update total’.
You will then only be paying your 1st 30% instalment + postage.
What happens after I’ve set up a lay-by purchase?
You will receive a personal email from me acknowledging your lay-by, when your next 2 x 35% instalment invoices will be sent to you and your final date to pay for your order. Your invoices will be sent through Paypal.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know and you will be promptly refunded through Paypal minus a $10 non-refundable deposit fee.
Can I lay-by more than one dress?
Yes, this option is popular for flower girl dress orders or other special occasions. Just add the quantities and sizes to your order and the lay-by discount option will still only charge you 30% of the full purchase price of your order during that first payment.
Please note that you are buyer-protected with your lay-by and purchase by our Australian Consumer Laws which I strictly adhere to should you wish to cancel your order or receive a refund.
Oh! Veronica respects our customers information as private and confidential information will never be shared with anyone and will be deleted after your item is posted. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal.

All garments are handmade in Australia and due to the nature of handmade, variances in pattern placement, tones and dimensions may occur.
